Osbel Limited was first formed and incorporated in March 2004 as Osbel Enterprise Limited and later changed to Osbel Limited in 2010 and other subsidiaries have been added after its establishment. The company was duly certified to commence business by authority under the Companies Code 1963 (Act179). The authorised nature of business of the company include:

COMPANY OWNERSHIP
Osbel Group is under the shareholding of Mr Albert Osei and Evelyn Kumah Osei Owusu and Mabel Osei Owusu.
